The complaint submitted by the guest regarding the reservation with a check-in date of 00.00.0000 has been thoroughly reviewed by our side, and we find it necessary to provide the following explanations:
Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest was accommodated in the room prior to the standard check-in time upon request. This service was provided free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
On the same day, the guest’s request for a room change was promptly evaluated, and an alternative room was allocated with consideration for the guest’s comfort. Following this arrangement, the guest’s stay continued in a room located on a different façade, away from the area where external construction activities were taking place, and the guest completed the remainder of the holiday in this room.
The guest’s statements regarding noise have been examined.
The construction activity in question is not related to our facility and is entirely external and beyond our control. Nevertheless, a solution-oriented approach was adopted, and the necessary action was taken by arranging a room change.
Furthermore, our heated indoor pool was available throughout the stay and actively offered for the use of all guests in a comfortable manner. Our mini club services, on the other hand, continued without interruption through a variety of activities organized in an alternative area, ensuring that our younger guests could enjoy their time.
In addition, on the departure day, a complimentary late check-out until 00:00 was granted upon the guest’s request in order to further enhance satisfaction.
Regarding the services offered at our property, the stay coincided with a seasonal transition period, during which certain facilities may be gradually brought into operation in line with operational planning. However, this does not constitute a failure to provide core services nor a breach of contractual obligations.
Throughout the entire process, all necessary actions were taken in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction, and alternative solutions were provided. In this context, we consider that the requested 00% refund is not justified under the given circumstances.

Ayrıca, ısıtmalı kapalı havuzumuz konaklama süresince tüm misafirlerimizin rahat bir şekilde kullanımına sunulmuştur. Mini kulüp hizmetlerimiz ise alternatif bir alanda düzenlenen çeşitli aktivitelerle kesintisiz olarak devam etmiş ve küçük misafirlerimizin keyifli vakit geçirmelerini sağlamıştır.
Ek olarak, ayrılış gününde, misafir memnuniyetini daha da artırmak amacıyla, talebi üzerine saat 00:00'a kadar ücretsiz geç çıkış imkanı sağlanmıştır.
Tesisimizde sunulan hizmetlerle ilgili olarak, konaklama, planlamaya uygun olarak bazı tesislerin kademeli olarak devreye alınabileceği mevsimsel bir geçiş dönemine denk gelmiştir. Ancak bu, temel hizmetlerin sağlanamaması veya sözleşmesel yükümlülüklerin ihlali anlamına gelmez.
