While we acknowledge that you informed us of the change on June 0th, please note that any modifications made after May 00th incur charges.
We contacted the hotel directly to see if it was possible to modify the reservation without penalty. Unfortunately, they have informed us that this is not possible and that the charges must be applied according to the contract.
